It wasn’t until recently that I gave much thought to how my everyday life could affect my dogs. Three years ago, I had three. I did my best to feed them good quality food, take them to the vet on a regular basis, brushed their teeth, and made sure they got exercise. But what I didn’t consider was the effects chemical cleaners and disinfecting products could have on my fur babies. I used to use disinfecting wipes all the time to clean messes made by their noses on my windows and the doggie door. Then I learned more about what these wipes are (a microbial pesticide). When I think back, I want to cringe. I would never knowingly expose my dogs to harmful chemicals, but I did, including floor and bathroom cleaners.
No more!!! I use microfiber and water to wash windows, floors, and doggie doors. I just adopted a 2-year-old pup named Casey. He will not be exposed to harmful chemicals in this home.
In addition, Norwex has been adding some awesome dog products to their pet line. Overall, there are products to keep your dog looking good, smelling good, and safe from harmful chemicals. I’ve put together a Norwex Pet Tool Kit with all the options.
You can download it HERE. You’ll find links to each product so you can learn more.
My favorites are the 2-in-1 Dog Shampoo and Conditioner, the Pet Towel, the Mop System, and the Basic Package. I have a customer that loves the Pet Mitt for dirty paws. Your favorites will depend on you, your home, your environment, and your dog.
